We spend ten minutes every day rummaging for lost items...from books and phones to car keys and even the cars themselves. You may not realize it, but you misplace at least one item on a daily basis. Finding your things wastes valuable time. The Click-It is a fool-proof solution that allows you to track and locate lost items.

The Click-it is a microchip sticker that can be attached to an item. Place the Click-It sticker on anything...anything at all. Then on the Click-It app name the sticker after the item you placed it on. When you can’t find that item, simply CLICK IT! The app sends a signal to the chip, which sends back its exact location which is displayed on a map. The sticker then flashes and sends out a loud customizable sound clip. Vola...you can track down your item in seconds.

The standard Click-It package includes 3 microchip stickers in different colors, such as black, gold, silver, blue, red, and white. Standard sound options include a trumpet, a siren, and 10 more unique sounds! Unlimited customizable sounds are included. Additional Click-it stickers can be purchased for an additional cost.

Our overall goal is to produce and manufacture the Click-It for consumer use. We have developed a prototype and need professional assistance or partnerships to help us build a working version. We have created a name, logo, and marketing strategy and business plan that will produce profits for all investors. This project taught us about design thinking, collaboration, marketing, writing, and engineering. This real world project gave us experience in an authentic STEAM environment.
