Workshop 2016 has ended

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES

The NJSBA Workshop 2016 SCHED and mobile app feature the same programming, speaker, and exhibitor information, however, schedules created on SCHED cannot be integrated to the mobile app.

To stay connected throughout Workshop 2016 and have your schedule on your smart device, please download the NJSBA Workshop mobile app available through the Apple App store or Google Play store by searching NJSBA Workshop 2016.

The Workshop app offers an opportunity to actively engage in Workshop throughout the entire event by networking with other attendees, vendors and speakers; posting pictures to the newsfeed, viewing sessions, receiving announcements, getting the most up-to-date event information, earning points and in-app badges and more!

Make sure you select “yes” to receive notifications from Workshop 2016, including minute-to-minute updates, session changes and cancellations as soon as they happen. 

REMINDER: Attendance at training sessions, unless pre-registration is required, is first-come basis. Creating an agenda via SCHED or the mobile app does not guarantee a place in the session.

The Eco-Locker is an improved locker that is made out of recycled metal and is designed to be both organized and eco-friendly (hence the name). The entire locker will be 6 feet (height) by 1.5 feet (length) by 1 foot (width). and in the design of locker, there will be three main compartments.

The outcome of the Eco-Locker is that this will help the students with their life inside of school. This is because since their lockers are organized, it will be easier for them to find their books which will allow them to get to class on time. Also the lockers can store many objects which will let the students, carry less things around the schools. The students don’t even have to worry about the locker getting jammed, which lifts stress from the students’ shoulders. The best part is that this locker can suit the needs of all types of students such as the art students, the athletic students, and even the academic students. This locker can even reduce the rate of cheating because as they charge their pieces of technology, they can’t have it with them in class. Besides helping students it can help the ecosystem around them. The locker will be built using recycled metal, instead of producing more metal and there will be solar panels attached to the top of the locker.
