Education Print Management: Designed to Reduce Costs and Control Budgets
Heritage Business Systems will explore with you the right solutions for K-12 to higher education. Join thousands of schools who save money by monitoring and controlling staff copy and print. Participants will learn how easy they can control and restrict users to print sensibly by allocating a quota/allowance/budget, solving the many problems and challenges posed by decreasing school budgets. The session will discuss how to facilitate mobile and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) print solutions on your existing print infrastructure. HBS will also discuss the importance of using Secure print, Find-Me printing/pull printing to reduce waste and cut costs. The program will demonstrate how to implement best practice print policies by using pop-ups which reroute jobs to the most effective device. Other topics will include how to watermark pages to identify owner of every page, access 50+ common reports and charge printing to individual, shared department accounts or grants. The overall goal will be to educate our participants on how managed print generates significant cost savings by providing proven technology and solutions for all schools.
