Lockdowns & School Safety: Maximizing Investments in School Safety Technology
When developing a plan for school safety and technology, districts must understand how the components work best together. With a comprehensive technology plan, schools can upgrade and save money, enhance communications and most importantly, improve school safety. Components should include bells, wireless clocks, paging, intercom and phone systems, wireless speakers, LED signage and more. By truly understanding how these work together, a district will be able to maximize its investment and ultimately improve safety.

Incident Prevention and Response: A Holistic Approach to School Security
Today’s schools must be prepared for a security incident at any time. A holistic approach to safety demands an easily-managed security system that delivers the protection students and teachers deserve. Video and access control act as deterrents, providing real-time views of the campus. These systems work in conjunction with panic buttons and two-way communication technology, which give administrators and first responders a way to assess threatening situations, and give faculty and staff an active role in their own security. Join us to find out how you can implement these kinds of solutions in your own schools.
