The NJSBA Workshop 2016 SCHED and mobile app feature the same programming, speaker, and exhibitor information, however, schedules created on SCHED cannot be integrated to the mobile app.

To stay connected throughout Workshop 2016 and have your schedule on your smart device, please download the NJSBA Workshop mobile app available through the Apple App store or Google Play store by searching NJSBA Workshop 2016.

The Workshop app offers an opportunity to actively engage in Workshop throughout the entire event by networking with other attendees, vendors and speakers; posting pictures to the newsfeed, viewing sessions, receiving announcements, getting the most up-to-date event information, earning points and in-app badges and more!

REMINDER: Attendance at training sessions, unless pre-registration is required, is first-come basis. Creating an agenda via SCHED or the mobile app does not guarantee a place in the session.

Perry L. Lattiboudere, a founding member of Adams Stern Gutierrez & Lattiboudere, has been practicing before federal and State courts for nineteen years and has represented school districts for over fourteen years. Prior to the founding of ASG&L, Mr. Lattiboudere served as the Chief Legal Counsel to New Jersey’s largest school district, the Newark Public Schools, a position he held for almost seven years. He was responsible for all legal matters involving the District and counseled the Superintendent, administrative staff, the Advisory Board of Education and District managers on a wide variety of legal issues. These included litigation matters, education law, employee discipline, discrimination complaints, budgetary matters, collective bargaining, grievance and arbitrations, labor and employee relations, contract drafting and review, bidding issues, special education, tenure and civil service compliance.



Mr. Lattiboudere is the former President (2008-2010) and currently a Northern Trustee of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys. Mr. Lattiboudere has also provided Legal One training on a variety of education law topics in conjunction with the New Jersey Principal and Supervisors Association. He is also an active member of the statewide Organization of African American Administrators and has provided that organization with training on a variety of legal issues. Prior to his service as General Counsel for the Newark schools, Mr. Lattiboudere served as Senior Staff Counsel at the Hertz Corporation and as an Associate with the firm Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross in the education, employment, and labor relations group. His career began with his service at the New Jersey Division of Law where he represented state agencies and managers in employment matters as a Deputy Attorney General.Mr. Lattiboudere has served as Chief Litigation counsel in numerous employment and civil rights jury trials on behalf of management in State and Federal Court, disciplinary hearings and tenure proceedings in administrative law courts as well as arbitration proceedings. He frequently handles disputes brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity commission and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.



Mr. Lattiboudere's legal experience is supplemented by his experience as an adjunct professor of education law for Fordham University and previously at Kean University. Mr. Lattiboudere earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in 1990 and a Juris Doctor degree from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in June 1993. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
